Providence is calling a Care Manager RN, Behavioral Health who will:

  • Support Primary Care teams across the Providence Clinical Network with a variety of administrative and clinical tasks

  • Support improvement in depression treatment response across the network

  • Work with stakeholders throughout the clinical network to develop protocol and test technology solutions to complete depression monitoring screening tools outside of scheduled visits

We welcome 100% remote work for residents who reside in one of the following States:

  • New Mexico

  • Texas

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing

  • Registered Nurse License in the state(s) of nursing practice

  • 3 years professional nursing experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • 1 years' experience in mental health/behavioral health

Salary Range by Location:

WA: (Puget Sound, Vancouver), OR: (Portland), AK: (Anchorage):

  • Min: $45.22

  • Max: $71.58

OR: (Salem, Hood River, Medford, Seaside):

  • Min: $42.15

  • Max: $66.73

E-WA: (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla):

  • Min: $40.24

  • Max: $63.69

NorCal (Napa, Sonoma):

  • Min: $52.88

  • Max: $83.71

SoCal, NorCal (Humboldt), AK: (Kodiak, Seward, Valdez), NV:

  • Min: $47.13

  • Max: $74.61

MT:

  • Min: $36.40

  • Max: $57.63

TX, NM:

  • Min: $34.49

  • Max: $54.59
