Providence is Hiring an Accreditation Program Manager Near Fullerton, CA

Description

Working in collaboration with the Director of Risk Management, the Regulatory & Accreditation Program Manager functions as support for compliance with accreditation standards, state and federal regulations. Under the general supervision of the Director of Risk Management, the position manages functions to prepare the local Ministry continuum to meet external standards for accreditation, state and federal regulations.

Required qualifications:

  • CSHA (Certified Specialist in Healthcare Accreditation) or HACP (Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional), or must obtain within 1 year of hire
  • 3 years Experience in an acute care facility.
  • 2 years Experience working with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) upon hire.
