Providence Health Plan is calling an Accountant who will:

  • Be responsible for preparing journal entries

  • Prepare general account reconciliations and account analysis

  • Support other functions necessary to complete the monthly financial reporting required for all entities within Providence Plan Partners

We welcome 100% remote work for residents who live in the State of Oregon and Clark County in Washington State.

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience

  • 4 years of related work experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • 1 years' experience in accounting or finance

  • Experience in Access software

  • Experience in Health Care Industry

  • Experience preparing journal entries and reconciling account balances

  • Experience with computerized financial applications and Microsoft office applications
