THE TYPE OF LEASING CONSULTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of leasing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation
- Strong closing skills
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR LEASING CONSULTANT
Your schedule as a full-time Leasing Consultant will typically encompass Monday - Friday, with the possibility of working Saturdays and Sundays. If you work Saturday or Sunday, you will get another day off during the week!
Your day kicks off by greeting prospective residents with enthusiasm. With every property tour, you artfully paint a picture for clients. Your keen eye for detail shines as you process lease applications and guide new residents through the paperwork maze. You also assist in maintaining office systems, handling apartment turnovers, and ensuring seamless move-in & move-out procedures. With each interaction, you leave a lasting impression!
