Job Summary:The Service Excellence Specialist and Educator provides evaluation, suggestions, development, and delivery of education/training, and incorporation of clinical programs to improve medical practices for patient care. Responsible for being a leader of the organizational Service Excellence Initiative and promoting engagement in company culture.Education/Experience:Associate degree in nursing (ASN) and/or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree from an accredited school of nursing is required. Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nebraska.Must possess an active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
