Description **Saratoga Grove, Retirement and Assisted Living community** in Downers Grove, IL, is seeking a **Dietary Server, Part-Time**. We are seeking candidates who shares our vision & commitment for enhancing the lives of our clients. **Description:**

The primary purpose **Dietary Server**position is to assist with meal set-up, serving and all dietary functions as directed/instructed in accordance with established sanitary regulations and following our policies & procedures.

**Available Schedule: 3:00PM - 7:30PM**

**Summary of job functions:**

* Serve meals that are attractive in appearance; and using established portion control procedures.

* Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties; clean equipment, sweep floors, clear and carry soiled dishware to wash areas, return clean dishware to proper storage areas , wash and clean dishware or pots & pans as needed, assist cook in preparing meals when needed, and deliver food trays to designated areas.

* Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet.

Requirements

* Previous dining server experience a plus but not required.

* Candidates must have patience, tact and a cheerful, enthusiastic disposition.

* Must be able to relate to and deal tactfully with other personnel, clients, family members and visitors of our community.
