Support Staff is responsible for providing a safe recovery environment and direct resident care for all clients while they are in treatment for substance use disorders. Will work closely with residents to provide supervision and a safe environment in our facility.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Daily duties include supervising and directing residents with day to day tasks.
Conducting regular rounds to ensure residents safety.
Completing shift reports and clinical setting documentation.
Supervising house activities both at the facility and off-site.
Collecting basic vitals and medication administration.
Preparing meals as necessary.
Light household cleaning.
Transporting residents to and from meetings and doctor appointments as needed.
