Description The Senior Director Clinic Operations for the Cardiovascular service line leads and supports the culture and vision of Swedish Medical Group (SMG) and oversees the patient experience in the assigned institutes/clinics. Is responsible for overall implementation of the strategic direction of the assigned area, new program development, and improving the efficiency of operations for each providers practice. Works with the physician dyad partner in areas of planning, operations, quality and safety initiatives. Ensures that all regulatory requirements are met on a timely basis and implements and leads all aspects of the medical clinic to support the initiatives of SMG. Accountable for appropriate use of electronic medical record and billing work queues. Ensures process improvement initiatives are conducted in the assigned institutes/clinics in order to deliver healthcare in the most efficient manner. Required qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field 7 years experience in medical group management at a senior level (prefer multi-specialty experience). Experience in a complex healthcare delivery environment, including clinical operations, financial management, quality management, and risk making in a large medical group Experience in planning and execution. 7 years Practice management experience within a progressive healthcare system or commensurate education and experience Preferred qualification: Master's Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration Why Join Providence?
