Required Qualifications: PharmD Doctorate of Pharmacy Or Bachelor Degree Bachelor of Pharmacy Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License 2 years PGY1 residency training and 1 year of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 3 years of acute care setting (in lieu of residency training) Preferred Qualifications: Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification in specific area of practice Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) where applicable ACLS/PALS/NRP where applicable Why Join Providence?
