Description

Providence is calling a Director, Finance who will:

  • Lead the FP&A Labor and Efficiency team.
  • Premier system operations
  • Bi-weekly & Daily productivity reporting
  • Lead benchmarking project
  • Evaluation of process and procedures to ensure optimized processing
  • Serve as a key liaison to IT supporting master data that drives productivity and benchmarking platforms.
  • Be a key contributor to governance ensuring units of service are unified and other metadata is in line with system standards.
  • Partner with financial planning teams to develop ministry budgets.
  • Provide assistance to ministry senior management team and departmental leaders as they work to achieve annual and long-term strategies.
  • Be Responsible for:
  • Development and management of caregivers
  • Accurate, consistent reporting
  • Executive presentations and stakeholder management
  • Partner with other stakeholders providing educations and insights into results.

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study
  • 8 years of experience within a leadership role
  • 10 years of closely related work experience (Ex. Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Compensation)

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • HFMA or FACHE
