Description

Job Title: Revenue Cycle Management Data Analyst

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Hybrid; 2 to 3 days per week in office. 

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Management Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management and data analysis within the healthcare sector. As a Revenue Cycle Management Data Analyst, you will be responsible for spearheading cross-functional projects leveraging advanced data modeling and analysis techniques with the Business Intelligence department to drive strategic decision-making and identify optimization opportunities within Revenue Cycle Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, run, and monitor reports to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to aid in revenue cycle management and business development
  • Develop standard reporting packages to provide insights into revenue cycle management
  • Spearhead cross-functional projects leveraging advanced data modeling and analysis techniques with the Business Intelligence department to drive strategic decision-making and identify optimization opportunities within Revenue Cycle Management
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Revenue Cycle Management and data analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and data analysis within the healthcare sector
  •  Anesthesia revenue cycle management is strongly encouraged. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, complemented by expertise in tools like Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Hybrid position requiring 2 to 3 days per week in the office
