We need Nurse Practitioners with ER, UC and Occ. Med. experience.

Minimal monthly shift requirements, Part-time and Full-time options!!!!

Office Location: Hadley, MA ----Provider may be asked to cover centers depending on need.

Contract Length: On going

Shift: 8a-8p

Rate: $95/hr

12 hour shifts – Full Time (13 per month)
12 hours shifts – Part Time (5 - 6 per month)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Independent NP license
• 2 years of experience of clinical experience in an emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care setting
• Active DEA
