Job Description

• Write and deliver content for website, social media channels, promotional materials, email campaigns, and other marketing-related projects.
• Develop engaging, creative and on-brand assets to accompany social posts.
• Assist in creating and designing marketing pieces for all departments
• Continually research and analyze market trends, demographics, and competitors. 
• Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and presentations for VP and Directors. 
• Set and monitor key performance indicators for the performance of marketing campaigns. 
• Helping to plan events, projects, and campaigns.
• Design marketing materials within frameworks, such as logos, signage, digital and print advertising, website and social media graphics. 
• Assist with maintaining mailing list database provide assistance with email blasts and direct marketing campaigns. 
• Assist in collaboration with the VP, and Directors on strategic direction of internal and external; marketing campaigns and projects
• Develop business communication materials in support of company goals, prioritizes and initiatives, including internal news to employees, content for the company and HR communications. 
• Collaborate with HR on employee engagement projects.

Requirements

• A degree in marketing or related field
• 3 years of experience in a communications, public relations or marketing role
• Graphic design background a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices 
• Detail-oriented and organization skills
• Creative thinker
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with all business units and employees
• Adobe Creative Suites expertise or related program knowledge
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, HTML, ad related software
