Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medication reminders according to care plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and dishwashing
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Document daily care accurately and timely
• Communicate any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements

• Prior experience as a caregiver is strongly preferred
• Must have a genuine passion for helping others
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job
