Provado Health is Hiring a Transportation driver Near Irvine, CA
- Work Description :
- We need drivers to transport people to and from medical appointments.
- MUST live in the Orange County area or within a 10-mile radius.
- Monday through Friday, starting as early 6 : 00 am or as late as 6 : 00 pm.
- Drivers earn a minimum of $150.00 per 8-hour day.
- Earnings are paid out weekly, via direct deposit.
- We distribute prearranged trips with frequent recurring appointments.
- 1099 Independent Contractor
Requirements
General Preliminary Requirements :
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.
- Drive your own mid-size 4 door vehicle, in good, clean cosmetic and operating condition.
- Must have a clean driving record with no more than (1) violation or at fault accident within the last (3) years. No DUI's or suspensions within the last (5) years.
- Must be listed on the vehicle insurance card or declaration page.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen including marijuana.
Network Onboarding Requirements :
- Own an Android or iOS Smartphone (or be willing to obtain one)
- Be currently CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to do so, course provided)
- Complete and Pass :
o CTAA’s Passenger Service and Safety (PASS) Basic online training course (1-2) hours; paid for by Provado Mobile Health)
o NSC’s Driver Safety Course online (2-3 hours; paid for by Provado Mobile Health)
