Shift: Monday- Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Setting: Outpatient
Responsibilities:
Performs routine procedures such as trigger point injections.
Educates patients regarding their disease, treatments, related drug and treatment side effects and hazards.
Manages chronic medication management patients while following all State and Federal Compliance Guidelines.
Refers patients to physicians as appropriate for consultation or for specialized health resources and treatment.
Qualifications:
Must have completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner
Current, active, unrestricted licensure as an NP.
Working experience with Epic EMR system highly preferred
Experience in Acute Care. and chronic painful conditions.
License/ Certification:
Licensed to practice in Georgia.
Current BLS and ACLS certification
DEA number
