Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Prepare proposals and send through CRM
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- File and maintain records, both physical and electronic
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer literacy, knowledge of Word and Excel a plus
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service
- Familiarity with computerized appointment scheduling systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing messages and maintaining records

This position requires a professional individual who can provide exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
