A successful Computer Technician II will have the skills and expertise in refurbishing used technology for resale markets. This critical role involves refurbishing a variety of devices including network switches, servers, data storage devices (NAS, Storage Arrays), and laptops. This job will include troubleshooting hardware issues, performing necessary repairs and replacements, configuring hardware components, and installing operating systems as needed. The Computer Technician will ensure that all refurbished devices meet quality standards and are ready for resale.
Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include industry certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or equivalent and previous experience working in refurbishment or resale environment.
