This position will be responsible for performing quality audits on picked orders/outbound loads to ensure that customer specifications and compliance requirements are being met within a warehouse/distribution facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform assigned post-pick audits to verify the correct items and quantities will ship to customer.
• Partner with Retail Compliance Team to thoroughly understand customer requirements.
• Assist in the maintenance and updates of auditing documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments.
• Apprise shipping supervisor of any quality issues that may occur.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Competencies

• 1 years’ experience and familiarity with picking and packing
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, “can do” attitude.
• Detail Oriented
• Navigates systems and software effectively (Microsoft 365 – Word, Excel)
• Language skills: Able to read, write, and or comprehend basic English.
• Math skills: Basic

Physical Requirements

• Frequently required to stand, walk, twist, pull, push, reach, and bend
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs
• Work environment: distribution center that is not temperature controlled
