Position Summary
The Residential Project Coordinator provides support for our residential testing team. This role is responsible for coordinating jobs from appointment setting, conducting estimates, recording data, and briefing technicians on job site needs. The incumbent ensures a successful project flow and increases efficiency in our process.
Essential Functions
-Schedule appointments with customers
-Conduct estimates at residential sites
-Place CRM test devices and download the necessary data
-Create radon test reports as well as scan and download radon data to the appropriate folders
-Prepare documents and coordinate with Technical Writing team when a project is ready for a report to be written.
-Maintain data on assigned reports to track project performance; report any concerns to management
-Ensure TSheets or applicable project software is updated with accurate information for the residential technicians
-Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work within and meet established deadlines
-Punctual
-Highly organized and attention to detail
-Skilled in use of Microsoft Office Suite
-Must be familiar with basic shipping standards to mail necessary equipment to remote locations
-Ability to create reports while working alongside technical writers
-Self-starter with a proven track record of working independently
-Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving history
Physical Demands and Work Environment
-This job operates primarily in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
-Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
-Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds.

•Occasional travel, as needed.
Education and Experience
-High school diploma or GED required
-NRPP certification for radon measurement, or ability to obtain this certification within an established timeline upon hire.
-Minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably in Quality Assurance/Quality Control
$17 - $19.50 an hour
