The Creative Project Manager position can work out of the Brentwood, TN office or the Las Vegas, NV office . this role will report to the Head of Creative and Web Development, and will also work closely with the client services and operations teams, as needed. As the Creative Project Manager, you will be expected to have the right people in the right place at the right time to allow the agency to produce great creative work - on time, on budget, and as efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Internally project manages weekly/monthly workflows for the web development and creative teams
• Manage hosting websites within servers and communicate updates to clients
• Assist clients in website management aspects including making edits and working with vendors to ensure requested updates and changes are made on their site(s)
• Create projects, tasks, and updates in project management software (Zoho Projects)
• Ensures projects are completed on time and in accordance with project goals, budgets, etc.
• Develops improvements to project workflows, communications, and project management processes, including automation of repetitive work
• Continuously monitor project progress and identifies any at-risk or late tasks; engages with project/task owners to resolve roadblocks
• Ensures the Account Managers gather all the requirements for new project and creative requests, such as directions, assets, credentials, and deadlines from their clients
• Help ensure quality assurance (QA) on projects, both directly and through coordinating team efforts
• Collaborate with creative leads, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure efficient process and delivery of all campaign assets & proposals
• Build and maintain comprehensive deliverables lists, budgets, and calendars to align and track project scope with internal stakeholders, clients and external partners
• Oversee the creation and execution of all vendor contracts, paperwork and processing of all vendor invoices
• Maintain and track expenses/budgets for all department expenses, part-time/contractor labor
• Promote a culture of collaboration, creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm of work

Other Key Attributes / Characteristics

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Expert knowledge of formats and specs for website development, video & social content, and digital marketing assets.
• Agency experience required
• Extensive experience working in fast-paced creative environments
• Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous creative requests and deadlines, and perform in high pressure situations
• High attention to detail and resourcefulness
• This person has a strategic and creative mindset who is self-starting and manages projects and initiatives with minimal direction.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Most importantly, this person needs to be organized, efficient and eager to go the extra mile on every project/initiative
