Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• 2 years of Construction experience *Construction Trade School is a plus!
• Excavator and Skid Steel Experience Required
• General Construction Knowledge – Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Framing, Foundations, Drainage, Waterproofing, Excavation, and Grading
• Basic Understanding of Masonry/Concrete (Foundations, Waterproofing, and Drainage)
• Clean Driving Record

Crew Leader

Are you looking to grow your leadership skills while working in the ever-growing construction industry? ProTech Basement Solutions is searching for highly motivated Crew Leaders with the skills to lead in a hands-on role. The Crew Leader will lead their crew of one to two laborers in various interior and exterior structural and waterproofing procedures including but not limited to crack injections, floor cuts, mortar-joint repairs, and conductor line installations and repairs. These jobs require occasional mid to heavy lifting and use of power tools. Excavator and skid steer experience required.

The Crew Leader is a hands-on position that is a resource and leader for the general laborers on our team. An ideal candidate can lead by example as well as teach others to excel in their roles. They are also responsible for coordinating with the Operations Foreman to ensure smooth processes throughout each job. They will be working closely with one or more crew members at a time but will be willing to work independently as well. Candidates with knowledge of construction and/or waterproofing and foundation repairs are highly sought after, but we are willing to train the right person to be able to lead and help grow our company!

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of one to two workers while completing the specifications provided
• Communicate with Operations Foreman to ensure smooth job processes
• Interior and exterior structural repair and waterproofing
• Communicate professionally to both customers and crew members
• Mid to heavy lifting, digging, and use of power tools daily
• Excavator and Skid Steer Operation when needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Drive to job sites with company vehicles
• Interact with customers with exceptional customer service
• Read and interpret work orders and communicate with team members
