• Injection Molding Set Up Tech
• Pay Rate: $24-$26 BOE
• Shift: 7am - 7pm

Enjoy a 3/2/2 work schedule. Allowing plenty of time for relaxation and recreational activities. BUT….you must have at least 2 years of experience as a set up tech in the injection molding_ industry._

General Job Functions:

• Performs mold changes and setups on injection molding machines, robots and auxiliary equipment according to specified parameters, quality standards and production goals.
• Performs fine tuning on plant equipment to improve machine efficiency, quality output in accordance with plant KPIs.
• Performs daily quality checks per documented guidelines and addresses any non-conforming issues accordingly.
• Performs daily maintenance activities on molding tools such as cleaning, greasing and inspecting for any abnormalities/damage.
• Reads and interprets manuals.
• Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, makes process adjustments.
• Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, metrology equipment.
• Deals appropriately with faulty equipment, human error and preventing defects from occurring.
• Attends and participates in various meetings with employees and management.
• May be required to become certified and operate a variety of forklifts, lifting equipment, etc.
• Assists in maintenance activities on production equipment such as mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic repairs.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Injection Molding Process Technician experience
• RJG Certification preferred
• Working knowledge of Robotics, Wittmann, ABB, Fanuc
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Strong math skills, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic aptitude
• HSD or equivalent preferred

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
