Work Schedule: Monday-Friday – 9am-5 pmResponsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all shipping and receiving logistics, including preparing shipping documents, scheduling shipments, and tracking delivery status
- Assist in managing and organizing inventory, including conducting periodic stock checks and generating inventory reports
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, answering phone calls, and responding to email inquiries
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Background in inventory control and shipping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be comfortable to visit the warehouse
