ProStaff Workforce Solutions is seekingahighly skilled and detailed oriented Customer Service Lidar Technician for privately owned manufacturing company in Richardson, TX. If interested, we would be excited to connect and discuss this opportunity in more detail.
Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday – 8 am – 4:30 pmResponsibilities

Provide technical support and customer service for lidar products via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues by effectively diagnosing problems and providing appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
Educate customers on the installation, calibration, and operation of our lidar products.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support cases.
Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify potential product enhancements or improvements.
Generate and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs.

Requirements

Associate degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field
Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
Prior experience in Lidar technology and system troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
