Prospera is hiring a talented Customer Success Support Representative.
As a Customer Success Support Representative, you will be responsible for the support of the technology product portfolio for existing high profile customers and dealers. Responsible for dealer facing customer technical support, primarily over the phone and through Live Chat to achieve the goal of superior customer service.
This position requires excellent listening skills, a calm demeanor, technical knowledge of electrical and electronic circuitry, and a willingness to work technical issues through to resolution. Includes answering questions regarding equipment installation, service, troubleshooting, website, and App navigation. Additional duties include providing an excellent customer service experience through attention to detail, effective communication, call response time and resolution.
