Prosper Life Care is seeking a Part-time Weekend Concierge/Receptionist to perform a variety of clerical duties in the reception area at its Assisted Living Community in West Springfield, MA. The position reports directly to the Business Director.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all people with a smile;
• Professional image that positively represents Prosper to residents and the public;
• Operates facility telephone, copier/scanner/fax, and postage meter;
• Follows checklist for opening and closing facility (Set-up/Lock-down Procedures);
• Coordinates Emergency Call System with Wellness Dept.;
• Coordinates resident transportation needs for medical appointments in conjunction with Nurses;
• Perform various clerical duties, typing, filing, faxing, and copying;
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Email,/Calendar, Excel, etc.;
• Maintains Excel spreadsheets for various projects;
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Enforces visitation policies and procedures; primary focus on resident security;
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
