The candidate will be joining an existing team of 6 CLO professionals.

Position Responsibilities

• Join the existing CLO team to assist in analyzing and modeling new investment opportunities in primary and secondary markets.
• Assist in the portfolio management of existing CLO portfolios totaling approximately $2.0B.
• Draft investment memos and communications to management and our investment committee.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly operational and valuation processes.
• Perform CLO specific data analysis for our fundraising and marketing teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Self-starter, problem-solver, excellent communication skills, quantitative, detail-oriented.
• 1 years of relevant work experience. CLO experience is a plus, but no previous CLO experience is required.
• Strong Microsoft skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 - 95,000 plus annual discretionary performance-based bonus. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and performance.
