Security Screening

We are hiring for 8 hour shifts and 4 hour shifts. The full time shifts will be a cross trained position with our Passenger Wheelchair Assistant position.

The shifts are evening shifts. Please let us know if you are looking for full time or part time when you apply.

Job Duties

• Screen passengers and employees
• Conduct aircraft security search
• Properly search by using hand metal wand or pat down
• Be able Recognize prohibited items
• Only allow permitted employees on the ramp
• Communicate clearly and effectively with management and peers during flight security proceedings

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to stand outside for long periods of time to make sure area is secure
• Able to obtain international customs seal
• Must have a clean 10 year background check
• Must be reliable
• Team player
• Hard working

While not working on the international flights, the position will consist of pushing passengers through the airport in wheelchairs and assisting them wherever they need to go.

Wheelchair assistant Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk long distances every day, all shift
• Lifting between 40-75lbs
• Great communication skills and customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour
