Job description:

We are looking for a highly organized and energetic person to join the team at ProSource for a position in Sales and Design Support.

We are looking for an individual that is customer focused.

An individual with an interest in design and sales who is able to assess the needs of our customers in order to offer appropriate solutions. You are not afraid to handle multiple tasks and interact directly with customers and provide support to our Account Managers and Showroom Manager.

You will cultivate and maintain a positive relationship and support the account managers that will ensure that ProSource is the main source for product offerings to the trades in our area.

Requirements:

To perform well in this role, you must have excellent customer service and presentation skills in order to introduce product options that meet the customer's needs.

By the end of your first year:

• A solid understanding of our product lines we carry within our showroom. Confident in using our industry specific CRM and RFMS software.
• Ensure the selling process stays simple and enjoyable so our ProSource members continue to make ProSource their primary source for flooring and cabinets.
• Understand and help maintain a beautiful showroom. Assist in the merchandising of the showroom.
• Confidentially converse over the phone and in person with Members and their clients.
• Support other co-workers to provide white-glove service to our members.
• Through prospects provided to you by ProSource, those you have found locally, and web leads, you will have brought many new Members into the ProSource family.
• You will have gained a vast knowledge of flooring, cabinet, and countertop knowledge by attending on-line and in person training, vendor events, and researching existing and new products in order to meet the needs of Members and their Clients with ProSource solutions.
• You will have built a strong partnership with an energetic team and have a LOT of fun at work!

• Proprietary Customer Relationship Management website - keep track of your prospecting efforts and stay connected with our members.
• Online training tools - learn the ProSource model, sales techniques, product knowledge, and more!
• Mobile Ordering or Desktop ordering - look up pricing, create quotes and estimates, and enter sales right on the sales floor!
• Virtual Showroom Tours - show your prospects around your showroom without them coming in for a physical tour.
• Great operational support, including human resource, warehouse and office.

No evening hours, which contributes to a great work-life balance! We also offer paid time off and holiday pay. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Saturday's 9 a.m. - noon.
