ProSidian Consulting is seeking a Human Resource Lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience in the administration and management of Human Resources (HR) programs with siginifant experience in the Federal Government. The SME must have extensive expertise in conducting organizational assessments and review of enterprise–wide Human Capital functions and programs.

Organizational Objectives:
Organizational review and assessment of Federal Agency HR function to evaluate and make recommendations on the following items:
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to lead in a team environment. He/she must be able to work effectively at all levels of the organization, be results oriented, have strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and a creative problem solver.
The following education and experience is required to accomplish project tasks:
• 12 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Administration
• Master's Degree in a relevant discipline
• Ability to document using clear, concise and grammatically correct language
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken for presentations
• Excellent team player
Required Skills:
• Organizational Assessments of Human Resources Departments
• Analysis of HR Governance Functions
• Strategic Analysis of HR Functions
• Understanding of Transactional HR Activities (Process Design, Job Design, etc.)
• Business Partner Activities (Scope and Nature of HR Services Needed)
• Assessment of Workload and Staffing Levels
Desired Skills:
• Understanding of HR Technology
