ProSidian Seeks a Facilitator - Transition and Economic Development headquartered near Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland Area to support an engagement for Government - Federal (USA) Sector Clients.
This HR | Exempt position currently best aligns with the Facilitator Labor Category and ideal candidates exhibit the ability to visualize, analyze, and convert data and experiences to meet performance challenges while confidently engaging in productive “Jugaad” and dialogue targeting mission success. ProSidian Team Members work to provide a broad range of general management and business support services, including program and project management; governance and strategic integration; policy analysis; curriculum and training; and data analytics and evaluation for Veterans Benefits Administration, Transition, and Economic Development requirements. Work in this environment helps promote, advance, and instill a culture of civilian readiness for service members, Veterans, and their families by providing early access to VA benefits and resources as well as access to a network of partner organizations working together to accelerate their economic empowerment and well-being.
Facilitator - Transition and Economic Development Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to Environmental Consulting Services (NAICS: 541690), Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy (NAICS: 541690), and Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services (NAICS: 591690) and Performs tasks such as defining, refining, and resolving disputes, disagreements, and divergent views; leading or facilitating group briefings and discussions; enabling focused decision-making; recording discussion content; related facilitation support services, such as debriefing stakeholders, and preparing and providing draft and final reports relating to the facilitated issues. Tasks may include facilitating meetings or training classes raining from a day to a few weeks.

The Facilitator - Transition and Economic Development shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
Minimum Education for The position as a Facilitator: BA/BS degree for Facilitator: BA/BS degree | Positions as Facilitator in this environment require 8 years Minimum Experience providing services and working in structured environs as a Facilitator specifically related to Transition and Economic Development and Strategic Support for Specialized areas such of Govt. Policy and operational programmatic efforts related to the transition of Service members from military service to civilian life.
