Key objectives are to integrate and maintain financial management activities, business processes, and customer service using project management, administration, and change management techniques.Change Management Consultant - Business Transformation (BT) Initiatives Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and Change Management Initiatives. This position Provides change-and-transition management to facilitate ongoing strategic organizational changes within the Fed. Govt. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.The Change Management Consultant shall be classified under the Labor Categories and Experience of a Federal Change Management Analyst with professional qualifications that include A minimum of 4 years of experience working on change management activities. Change Management Analyst holds a bachelor’s degree (or relevant work experience) and will provide a combination of the following:Responsible for analyzing the impact of changes to systems and business processesCollaborates heavily across the organization footprint to support enterprise-wide stakeholders at all levels of the organization, develops and follows a structured approach to change management.Able to communicate, persuade and/or influence internal and/or external customers at a high level such as senior leadership on matters of a technical and/or complex nature.Advanced knowledge of various software applications to create documents, reports and/or graphics.
