Overview:
Prosek Partners is seeking a talented, versatile and motivated full-time designer to join our growing creative services team.
The position will be primarily responsible for creating and developing original concepts for websites, brand visual identity systems and marketing collateral. Along with these tasks, the professional we seek will also lead and/or be a key participant in the creation of strategies for both our clients and internal stakeholders, and work on a variety of other projects collaborating with team members throughout our offices in New York, Connecticut, Boston, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Palm Beach, London, and South Africa.
What you'll be doing:

• Translate ideas, end-user needs, design criteria, and technical features into quality designs
• Speak not just passionately about your work but also plainly to those who are inexperienced
• Exercise a strong grasp of storytelling through layout and information design
• If applicable, mentoring junior designers who will support the projects you lead
• Utilizing best-in-class tools and technologies to realize clients' visions
• Manage project timelines, key stakeholders, and time management effectively

What makes you qualified:

• 2-5 years of professional design-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in design or related field
• Able to design across a range of media including digital, mobile-first and print - bonus points going to those candidates who can demonstrate experience with motion design and/or coding
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be comfortable with receiving, understanding, and giving feedback
• Critically analyze and execute on a supplied creative direction
• Be flexible and passionate about collaborating with other designers
• Able to work under tight deadlines
• Be self-motivated, detail-oriented and confident
• Capable of analyzing challenges and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements
• Proficient within Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Experience prototyping and creating design systems, component libraries, and visual identity guides within Figma a plus
• Excellent typography and iconography knowledge-base and skill(s).
• Ability to create work inspired by ideas and innovative concepts, not trends
• Knowledge and experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000-$90,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
