Prosegur Security is looking for Full-Time Unarmed Security Officers for one of our Retail clients in the Concord North Carolina with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. Job Skills / Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV room and conduct daily operational audits. 
• Provides timely, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers.
• Engages customers, providing support and creating a positive shopping environment.
• Provides an effective deterrent to theft through customer engagement and a professional and knowledgeable presence.
• Observes accurate checkout procedures for customers and Associates.
• Communicates theft-related concerns to Store Management and Direct Supervisor
• Maintains an effective partnership with the clint and Direct Supervisor to accomplish work assignments and overall goals and objectives in relation to the stores SOP’S.
• Coordinates and completes theft-related activities in partnership with Store Management and your Direct Supervisor.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Promotes safety awareness and supports maintenance of a risk-free environment.
• Follows through on commitments; accomplishes goals with minimum supervision.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
