Job Summary

Proscapes, Inc., an established landscape company located in Northwest Washington is looking for an Experienced Sales Receptionist with social media marketing experience to work full-time answering phones, managing initial leads, and doing sales calls. We are in need of someone with great phone skills, database familiarity, and great people skills to be our first point of contact for most customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Synthesize all online and phone leads from multiple sources
• Follow-up with leads
• Input all leads into CRM
• Sales calls to current and potential customers
• Manage all lead and social media platforms: Angi List, Houzz, Website Forms, Facebook, Instagram, and Google

Requirements :

• Great phone etiquette
• Great communication skills
• Must be able to handle and prioritize information
• Great customer relations skills
• Database familiarity (will train)
• Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
