We are seeking managers with successful property management experience. Lead a motivated team, and be in charge of your own team!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of AppFolio a plus.
- YOU MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH.
- At least 3 years of Apartment Management Experience only.
- Experience in apartment complexes of 333 units or more.
- Customer service and goal oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Showing available units.
- Coordinating Vendor Access.
- Marketing vacancies.
- Answering phone calls to set showing appointments.
- Ensuring property is kept clean including the laundry facility.
- Handling resident tenants needs.
- Creating work orders.
