Position: Office Manager

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $18 to $20/hr (depending on experience)

Experience: Previous healthcare or non-profit experience (preferred)

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

ProRecruiters is seeking an Office Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate, and ensure the effective administrative functioning of an office
• Make and receive phone calls
• Plan events with clients
• Conduct on-the-job training with new hires to "teach the ropes"
• Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and syntax improvements
• File documents and order office supplies
• Write and respond to routine correspondence
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong attention to detail
• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures
