Position summary
As a Commercial Building Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the safe operation of all facility needs. This is a dual role where you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-6 maintenance technicians and also self-performing repairs and maintenance work/snow removal.
Job Duties:
Coordinate with the office and other maintenance engineer, managers & maintenance staff to oversee the implementation of maintenance standards and best practices throughout company portfolio.
Report weekly on status of all projects and facilities expenditures for all assigned facilities including overtime breakdowns, emergency requests, labor details
