Things to Know

• Our Sales Agents have an active real estate license in the market where they work. You must be willing to take the steps to obtain a license.
• Similar to traditional real estate agents, our agents are classified as independent contractors, earning exclusively through a 100% commission model.
• Average first-year compensation potential is $65,000. The top 20% of new hires can earn up to $150,000 in first-year compensation.
