Property Management is Hiring a Secretary/Maintenance Work Order Coordinator Near Bronx, NY

Property Management office in the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx seeks Secretary/Maintenance Work order/Purchase order coordinator

Work will include helping to rent apartments, Agency compliance, lease renewal and working along side with other office staff relating to other management functions

-Real Estate Management Experience which includes daily communication with superintendents, contractors, managing agents and government agencies such as H.P.D, D.O.B, D.O.H etc, and assisting with lease renewals and rentals.

-Require good writing, typing and reading comprehensive skills.

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

-Excellent Communication skills

-Spanish Speaking

*MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

Salary: 48-50k annually, NO MEDICAL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Bronx, NY (Required)
