Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has an opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for a part-time Cleaner to join our team at 3 small properties located in Three Springs, Orbisonia and McConnellsburg. Weekly travel to 3 small properties to clean all common areas and vacant units. Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided.

Rate: $14-$15 per hour depending on experience.
Hours: Flexible Hours, 10-14 hours per week.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Clean all common areas as scheduled by supervisor.
- Removes garbage trash receptacles.
- Reports maintenance needs to supervisor.
- Inform supervisor when cleaning supplies are needed.
- May assist in the areas of groundskeeping as needed or as time permits.
- This is a safety sensitive position which requires strict adherence to our Safety policies and procedures and our Drug, Alcohol and Controlled Substances policy.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior residential/commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
