A large property management company has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing organization. We are currently searching for one full-time Multi-Site Community Director to join our team. This position will travel to multiple small communities within approximately an hour of each other to provide administrative leadership and support. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior Affordable Housing Residential experience, such as Rural Development, Tax Credit, or HUD. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required.

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee overall operation of the communities within territory.
• Manage maintenance teams.
• Rent collection.
• Processing applications.
• Customer service.
• Data entry - Yardi experience preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
• Prior Affordable Housing experience.
• PA Real Estate license is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and paperwork processing.
• Great customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation - This is a travelling position.
• High School Diploma/GED.
