Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Multi-Site Community Director of Affordable Housing to join our team in State College, PA. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior Affordable Housing Residential Experience, such as, Tax Credit and PennHomes. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Rate: Based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm – Friday, 8:00 am – 2:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall operation of the property.
  • Rent collection.
  • Process applications.
  • Customer service.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Strong Eye for detail.
  • Data entry.
  • Property Inspections.
  • Review and prepare monthly reporting.
  • Review invoices for accuracy and process timely.
  • Previous Experience with Yardi is helpful.
  • Experience with Tax Credit and Penn Homes Funding is a plus.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
  • PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills. 
  • Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
