This position will keep you busy and fulfilled while using your skills to assist others. Rate: Starting at $20/hr. $100 on call bonus available.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform in home service requests.
• Trouble shoot appliances and HVAC.
• Knowledge of plumbing/electrical/carpentry/painting.
• Inspect and make vacant units rent ready for new incoming residents.
• On Call rotation.
• Snow removal.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Work with vendors and contractors.
• Provide an excellent customer service experience for our resident.

Requirements

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid PA driver's license and reliable and insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
