Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance Mastery:

• Prepare apartments for new move-ins with precision.
• Tackle facility maintenance tasks, including HVAC repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and more.
• Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repairs, and painting.
• Keep our pools pristine and inviting.
• Solve problems on the spot and work independently.
• Exemplify professionalism and top-notch customer service in every interaction.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members.

Job Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience is a must; property management experience is a plus.
• Versatility in maintenance repair, covering plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repairs, and painting.
• HVAC/CPO Certification and knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
• Own a set of tools? Even better!
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
