Property Management People Inc. is searching Full Time Maintenance Supervisor to work with the onsite staff at Piney Orchard Homeowners Association in Odenton, MD.

Requirements include:

• Experience in routine minor maintenance/repair including but not limited to carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs

• Perform routine checks of property and amenities; tot lots; courts; pool and pump rooms; grounds; building and gates are secured; property damage; weather related issues
• Minor building maintenance (interior and exterior lighting, locks, siding, pool areas)

• Grounds maintenance, fence repair, sign replacement, minor tree trimming and some snow removal

• Small equipment/hand tool experience, operation and minor repairs of power washers, painting equipment, generators, etc.
• Weekly reports are to be submitted electronically on project updates, repairs scheduled and completed and items in need of attention

• Ability to work independently and manage time accordingly

• Ability to successfully complete a thorough background check including credit, criminal, sex offender registries and driving record as well as pre-employment drug screening
