Property Management and Investments is Hiring an On-Site Community Director for Apartment Complex Near Spokane, WA

Responsible for the maintaining the performance efficiency of the property through optimizing occupancy and providing outstanding customer service to both future and current residents as well as prospects.

We are seeking an energetic and driven individual who enjoys working with people. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, and able to problem solve with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Welcome all guests in a friendly, professional, courteous manner
  • Assist and facilitate and improve resident relations & retention and follow up
  • Meets and greets prospective residents, shows units to prospective residents on tours and is able to close on rental.
  • Maintains a high standard of service in all aspects of the position
  • preparation of periodical reports and budgets; managing staff; and scheduling vendors & inspect units including but not limited to checking quality of rent readys and move-ins, etc;
  • walking and inspecting the property: documenting any violations, deficiencies, work needing to be performed, etc then following up on discoveries
  • preparing and delivery of notices (10days, 14 days, etc)
  • general office duties: opening and closing of office; cleaning; filing; frequently checking messages, texts, and emails and responding and following up in a timely manner
  • Advertising and Marketing
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Management or sales experience
  • Positive can-do attitude as well as
  • Excellent customer service skills and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with property management software: Yardi, AMSI, Rent Roll, etc
  • Complete understanding of all Washington landlord tenant and property laws-enforce rules and regulations
  • Tech savvy and Trainable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, etc) Google Docs/Drive
  • Valid WA Driver's License & Reliable means of transportation

Additional Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Responsible and able to adhere to and follow directive
  • Accountability, Integrity, Reliability a must-able to be held responsible and to receive constructive criticism
  • Adept at multi-tasking-MUST be very detailed oriented
  • uphold company mission
  • A/R and A/P skills

Preferred currently trained in Fair Housing

  • Must pass background check-criminal, credit and employment, drug test
