Property Magic Inc. is a local Flagstaff company operating for 9 years specializing in a wide range of small remodel, construction, and cleaning services.
Most work centers around rentals properties (apartments and homes) that are vacant and making them ready for re-rental. This includes everything from very minor repairs to full-blown interior remodels.

Property Magic is currently looking for a few new employees for a couple open positions. The Ideal candidate will:
-Possess a clean driver's license and reliable transportation.
-Enjoy a fast paced, challenging, ever-changing day to day work tackling a variety of different construction trades/tasks.
-Be mechanically inclined, enjoy working with their hands, and good at problem-solving.
-Be good at communicating, not afraid to make mistakes, and willing to learn new things to better themselves in different construction trades.

Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, handyman work, etc. preferred, but not absolutely required. If you are currently in similar role with another company but feel underpaid or underutilized, we would love to hear from you. Starting hourly wage between $22 and $35 an hour.
