A full-service Multi-family Property Management company is seeking talented Maintenance Technician professional for our South County property.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• General maintenance and facilities tasks for residential apartment buildings
• Completion and close out of works orders
• General unit “turn-over” tasks including; painting, light carpentry, plumbing & electrical, cleaning, etc.
• “On call” coverage on a rotating basis
• Unit / building and site inspections
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner when dealing with residents, vendors and staff

Successful candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Possess a valid RI driver’s license and have their own vehicle
• High school diploma or GED. Bilingual preferred
• General facilities and building construction knowledge
• Able to lift or carry items that weigh approximately 40 lbs.
• We offers competitive hourly wages depending on experience, skill level and position.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
